PRESALE POLICY – Every item that is a pre-order (presale), has an estimated delivery date listed alongside the item. This a rough estimate and is subject to change. Updates are available upon request. Refunds and cancellations will be honored.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY – Full refunds are available once the item is returned. A return label will be provided for you free of charge upon request in the event a return is sought after. Refunds will be issued immediately upon item inspection. Orders that are tracked and marked as DELIVERED will be considered delivered and will not be refunded if claimed lost or missing.
SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY – All items are shipped UPS GroundSaver, with the occasional exception of larger or further-distance items. Items are subject to an extended handling time, which usually takes up to two weeks.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY – Currently on this website, only United States and Puerto Rico are offered to be shipped to. This is due to the fact that Ebay currently is the best route for the business as far as international orders go.
